Christopher Rappold has been a member of Team Paul Mitchell Karate dating back to 1988. He was part of the historic five-man team that defeated the World Famous Atlantic Team in Detroit in 1989. In 1995, Chris retired and took 12 years off from competition to grow Personal Best Karate and start Personal Best Charity. In 2007 he returned to the competitive side of the sport to capture #1 ranking with the North American Sport Karate Association, N.A.S.K.A.. and has since also won the W.A.K.O. World Championship in 3 different weight divisions.
Chris is currently the Executive Director for Team Paul Mitchell Karate.
