Mike Metzger has worked with hundreds of schools across the nation to improve their processes, systems, and profitability. He personally owns and operates 9 schools so his knowledge, insight and coaching come from the experience he's gained in the industry for the past several decades. Shane is a multi-school owners and MAIA Elite Consultant. He has a story that's almost hard to believe. With over 27 years of martial arts experience and 19 years of teaching experience, Professor Cris Rodriguez is a 1st Degree BJJ Black Belt, the co-owner of Gracie PAC MMA, and MAIA's digital marketing expert. She has studied internet marketing for the past 10 years and is the founder of Grow Pro Agency, a digital marketing agency that runs Done For You Facebook & Instagram Ads specifically for martial arts schools.
Adam Parman is a Martial Arts Industry Association (MAIA) consultant and owns two schools in Atlanta, Georgia. As a consultant, he has nearly a decade of experience helping fellow school owners in all stages of their business journeys and experience levels reach personal success. He has worked for some of the best names in the industry including Joe Corley, Bill Clark, Mike Metzger and Frank Silverman.
Kurt Klingenmeyer is the owner of three martial arts programs in Southeast Wisconsin. Prior to making the move to full-time school owner, Klingenmeyer had a 10-year career as an elementary school music teacher. It's simple, really. You just schedule a time that works for you and hop on a call with one of our business coaches. Once you've locked in your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation within 5-10 minutes and you will receive email reminders 24 hours from the appointment, 1 hour before and 10 minutes before your scheduled call.
Yes, you will have the option to reschedule or cancel once you've received your confirmation email.
However, please be mindful of our business coach's time and reschedule or cancel 24-48 hours before your appointment so someone else can fill in.
In order to give everyone an equal opportunity, please allow at least one week before scheduling a second appointment with one of our coaches.
Yes, the only requirement to connect with a MAIA coach is that you have a commercial location that you do business at.
